Chardonnay 2009

Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

This classic cabernet sauvignon is soft and supple, with aromas of black currants and blackberries. It is rich and bold with lots of fruit. The unique flavor of oak barrel aging has created a softening effect on the grapes of natural tannins, which create the vanilla and spice flavor with a hit of mocha. This wine pairs excellently with venison, game poultry, any grilled meat, dark and bitter chocolate, and cheddar cheese. 13.9 % alcohol

Zinfandel 2008:

This zinfandel grown in the Lodi Appellation is a rich, full-bodied wine that is, both exciting, and complex.  You will experience the blend of the dark fruit flavors of cherries and plums, along with cracked pepper flavors; integrated with the flavors of mocha and toasted oak; and finishing with ripe tannins.  This wine pairs well with beef, especially in pepper sauce, pork and sausage, pasta with red sauce, and strong cheeses.  14.0% alcohol.

Merlot 2007

This Merlot is rich and full bodied from grapes grown in the Lodi Appellation. The Merlot has a fruity flavor of currants and black berries. It is complex; yet soft and smooth. Its barrel aging gives the wine bold aromas of cassis, mocha, and tasty oak flavors. The wine pairs well with veal roasts, meat loaf, lamb or beef stew, salmon, dishes with mushrooms, hearty pasta dishes, Monterey Jack cheese, Gouda, and Parmesan. 13.9 % alcohol.
